  • More time for you to spend on your business
  • Freedom to enjoy what you love
  • Less frustration, less paperwork, less pressure, less receipts
  • No more paying employee taxes or benefits for a bookkeeper
  • Don’t have to share office space

No, the dedicated bookkeepers at Bookkeeping Towne will not have access to your money.  We ask for your permission to have read-only access to your bank statements or ask you to provide a copy of the bank statements to a shared folder like DropBox or Google Drive.

We work with many types of small businesses.  We provide bookkeeping for sole proprietors, LLCs (single member & S Corps), Partnerships and corporations.  As we are still accepting all types of small businesses, we specialize in food related industries.  Most of our clients are in the food related businesses, so we have the resources and experience to help the food related businesses.

While we always love to help businesses get organized and prepared to file their taxes each year, Bookkeeping Towne does not file the individual taxes.  In 2020, we are working with True North Financial Services to help guide you to get this task accomplished.  We will work together with True North Financial Services to get your taxes filed in an accurate & concise manner.  No need to run back & forth with your tax preparer and your bookkeeper.  Have tax questions?  Call 401-23-TOWNE or 1-833-38-TOWNE, then option 3

Yes I can! If you are happy with doing your own books, but you need to know how to get started or simply have fallen behind and need a bit of help, I would be happy to assist you and show you the basics of how to run your own books during a scheduled consultation in a QuickBooks Online Tutorial.

  1. A quick 10-20 minute call so we can learn about each other’s business and decide if my services would benefit your business.
  2. Schedule a 1-hour consultation so we can discuss both of our businesses and see if we can help each other.
  3. Get access to your QuickBooks account, bank statements, etc to get you an accurate price for the services.
  4. If we are both in agreements, I can send a proposal & an engagement letter for the bookkeeping services which details both our responsibilities and the payment for my services.

Yes, we offer a sales tax management for each of our clients.  With your permission, we can reconcile the sales tax amount every month or quarter (depending on how you have it set up) and pay it for you.

  • The first step is to set up a free 60 minute consultation by clicking here
  • During the consultation, we will both find out if this is the right fit for you
  • The information that we will need to start the bookkeeping is:

    • Read-only access to your bank account or a copy of your bank statements saved to Drop Box or Google Drive
    • A copy of an SS-4 or your tax ID number for your business
